Allow me to welcome you to what I hope will become a treasure trove of health based information and advice. As someone who has spent a large portion of their life studying various forms of physical fitness, has also taught nutrition as a community educator and has created many a workout regiment and diet plan for friends and family, I think it's safe to say fitness is a passion of mine. In order to keep my mind sharp and fresh with nutritional knowledge as I continue my education in health and fitness, I've created this blog.
